Are you a skilled leader with in-depth knowledge of tax registration processes in UAE? Noor Al Jabal is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Team Leader to manage and oversee our Tax Registration department in our sharjah office.

👤 Role Overview

As the Team Leader – Tax Registration, you will supervise the registration process for VAT and other tax services, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and meeting client needs efficiently. You will also lead a team of tax professionals, helping them achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all client tax registration processes (e.g., VAT, Excise).
Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with clients for documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
Lead and mentor a team of tax registration officers.
Prepare reports and track registration status and progress.
Communicate with the FTA as needed for clarifications and updates.

📌 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tax registration or tax consultancy.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of UAE tax laws and FTA procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Minimum Three year experiance in UAE with FTA procedures.
